Really excited to introduce Christian Momdjian for Best Friend Skateboards. Christian is an up-comer for sure! He has a super positive attitude, a cool dude, is way down for Best Friend, and he actually follows what`s going on in the Japanese skateboarding world. Hey all! Here`s a little edit and intro of Best Friend Mike Rogers. He`s been shredding way hard around Osaka recently, but unfortunately will be heading back to Canada soon.
So the homie Junji from Soundboarding wanted to get as much footage as he can of Mike before he goes.
The dude seriously stacks footy. Just put a camera in his face (and maybe a security guard chasing him) and he`ll get clips all day long. Thanks so much to Soundboarding for putting the edit together!

Toyohashi Trippin

A much needed skate trip up to Toyohashi was had last weekend to meet up with the crew, skate, kick it and do whatever else we could figure out.
There was a massive storm one morning, but the weather was otherwise perfect!















An undocumented night of drinking and skating went down as well.
U.P. was definitely feeling it the next day...I think we all were.

San Diego iPhone edit...

So on my recent trip back home to San Diego, there was only one chance for me to get together with Robby and some other friends for s very very very short session. Although short, it was a good So Cal refresher with my boys and some bowls. The cops came and busted us just as we were leaving City College...but we were literally walking away from the spot, so there wasn`t shit they could do except to tell us to leave a spot that we were already leaving. I love when that shit happens.

Anyways, my homie Vencis came through with this little edit he did from his iPhone. Due to the lack of time and lighting (and camera), he couldn`t make it Transworld worthy, but whatever.

The Pyxis Cup went down last weekend and it seemed to be a good turnout. Since Best Friend was a sponsor, I had to go there and check out the action first hand and snap a few photogs. Please don`t ask me what everyone`s name is...sorry dudes.

Muraccho!

Now that we`re all done with KiX TRiX, Soundboarding`s Muraccho, is out on a 5 day skate bender. Today we were skating around HAT Kobe...well actually it seemed like it was only him skating. Got a few snaps:









All was going well until some dick came over to bother us. I don`t think he was trying to kick us out, he was just being a dick. Check the video on the Status site here.
Aside from dealing with annoying assholes, I`d like to go there more often...the spots are so good.

KiX TRiX 2 Video Premiere

The KiX TRiX 2 Video premiere party went down this year with no broken bones or broken hearts. It was a star studded event with a great turnout.
